Five Unmissable Premier League Matches This Autumn

When it comes to sporting excitement, the Premier League is unrivalled. Read on to learn about the hottest VIP hospitality tickets in English club football this Autumn.

There are several reasons why the English Premier League is widely considered the most exciting league in the world. First, there are the players — Cristiano Ronaldo, Erling Haaland, Mohamed Salah and Harry Kane are just four of the star names who make a habit of getting fans out of their seats. Then there are the managers. Pep Guardiola, Jurgen Klopp and Antonio Conte are among the game's greatest tactical minds and they’re all right here in England. Finally, and perhaps most importantly, there’s the atmosphere. English football fans are some of the most passionate in the world and the noise they generate turns each stadium into an intense pressure cooker. This contributes to some of the most unpredictable and entertaining games being played.

If that’s whetted your appetite and you’re keen to take in a game, why not book one of the best seats in the house? We have a range of Premier League VIP hospitality tickets available at every ground — some of the most in-demand football hospitality packages anywhere in the world.

And if you want a guaranteed thriller, be sure to take in one of these five Premier League blockbusters this autumn…

The Best Premier League VIP Hospitality Matches: October-November 2022

1. Liverpool v Man City, 16 Oct

Sparks are sure to fly when last season’s Premier League and UEFA Champions League runners-up host reigning champions Man City.

Although Liverpool have made an indifferent start to the campaign, winning just two of their opening eight top-flight matches, there’s no doubt Jurgen Klopp’s men will raise their game for the visit of the Sky Blues.

Last season, both meetings between these sides finished 2-2. In the game at Anfield, all goals were scored in an action-packed last half hour, with the scoreline seesawing one way, then the other. It’ll be remembered for Mohammed Salah slaloming through three Man City defenders and smashing the ball past Ederson — not just the goal of the season but an iconic moment in Premier League history.

This time around, Liverpool will have to cope with the extraordinary talent of City striker Erling Haaland. The Norwegian netted a record 15 goals in his first 9 Premier League appearances since signing from Borussia Dortmund this summer. How well he fares in the famous Anfield atmosphere will be another test of his quality.

2. Man Utd v Tottenham, 19 Oct

Statistically, last season was Manchester United’s worst in living memory. The 20-time champions of English football finished with their lowest points total in the Premier League era amid managerial upheaval and supporter unrest. This term, Old Trafford is a far happier place; the form of the team under new head coach Erik ten Hag has been good (bar a 6-3 defeat to rivals Manchester City) and the stadium will be bouncing for the visit of rivals Tottenham.

Antonio Conte’s side were tipped to challenge Manchester City for the title at the start of the campaign, and they’ve so far proved a hard team to beat. With Harry Kane, Son Heung-Min and either Richarlison or Dejan Kulusevski in attack, they have one of the most fearsome front lines in English football. But when the sides met last season it was United’s Cristiano Ronaldo who stole the headlines, scoring a hat-trick in an enthralling 3-2 home win.

3. Chelsea v Arsenal, 6 Nov

Arsenal have been this season’s surprise package so far. Mikel Arteta’s men endured a torrid end to the 2021-22 campaign, missing out on Champions League qualification to bitter rivals Tottenham. But new signings Gabriel Jesus and Oleksandr Zinchenko have helped to rejuvenate the Gunners; the team started 2022-23 with eight wins from their first nine games, playing some scintillating football in the process.

However, the North Londoners will face a stern test when they head a few miles south to face Chelsea. The Blues had a tumultuous start to the campaign with former manager Thomas Tuchel sacks and highly-rated Brighton boss Graham Potter drafted in to replace him. The early signs have been good, with the Blues unbeaten in Potter’s first four games in charge.

This will be a hotly contested derby.

4. Tottenham v Liverpool, 6 Nov

The Tottenham Hotspur Stadium is without doubt one of the finest sporting arenas in the country, if not the world. Opened in 2019, it boasts the largest single-tier stand in the country and when it’s filled with 17,500 supporters, the noise can be fierce.

When Liverpool visit N17 this November, you can bet the South Stand will be rocking. The Reds have an excellent record against Spurs — they’re unbeaten in their last nine Premier League meetings. But the home fans will be hoping that the balance tips in their favour this time around.

5.  Newcastle v Chelsea, 12 Nov

There are few fans as passionate as Newcastle's. Magpies supporters have endured a rough ride over the past few seasons as a lack of investment left their team struggling near the foot of the table. But a change of ownership last October changed all that. Eddie Howe was appointed manager and the former Bournemouth coach has transformed the team from also-rans into a side capable of challenging for European places.

Expect the St James' Park faithful to be in full voice when Chelsea visit the North East.
